In our latest show we discuss Mindfulness as part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2015 and explore how it can be of use to people with mental health issues. We also look at National Children’s Hospice Week and update on our featured charities St. Catherine’s Hospice and Princess Alice Hospice. Added to this we have a some great music and a guest DJ in the form of Bethany, the daughter of my co-host David Schooling.
